Kapuso and Kapamilya stars dominated the PEP List Awards night held on Thursday at Solaire Resort and Casino. Kapuso actors Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera won the Newsmaker of the Year award while Kim Chiu was the winner of the Movie Star of the Year (Female) awards while Daniel Padilla was named as Movie Star of the Year (Male) awards.
Kapamilya actress Kim Chiu and Xian Lim was also awarded with the Celebrity Pair of the Year Award. Xian Lim was also recognized as the FAB Star of the Year for Male while his partner Kim Chiu was also awarded with the FAB Star of the Year for Female category.
Some of the notable stars who joined the celebrations includes, awardees such as Gabby Eigenmann, Jennylyn Mercado, Darren Espanto, Lyca Gairanod and the unrecognizable Vice Ganda who wear a statement attire in support of a campaign against the Dog Festival in China.
