Veteran comedian and well-known dancer Vhong Navarro opened the Saturday’s edition of “It’s Showtime,” on August 26, 2014 with bang featuring his spectacular performance alongside former MiniMe contestant John Steven De Guzman, more popularly known as “Mini Vhong.”
The two dancers danced to a medley of pop hits popularized by world-renowned artists such as Ne-Yo, Backstreet Boys, Spice Girls and One Direction to name a few. The young prodigy of Vhong Navarro, John Steven De Guzman, showcased his dancing skills alongside his ultimate idol in a rare performance on national TV.
Vhong Navarro is best known for his dancing skills before he ventured into acting comedy films and becoming a host of one of the country’s most successful noontime TV show, “It’s Showtime.”
The 35-year-old Vhong Navarro also conquered headlines during the past few months when he was involved in a mauling incident that rocked the entertainment industry.
Meawhile, the Mini Vhong Navarro, John Steven De Guzman slowly made a name for himself when he was discovered in the “Mini Me” segment of It’s Showtime. Although he failed to win the ultimate title but he already captured the attentions of It’s Showtime audiences worldwide.
