Kapamilya actress and It’s Showtime co-host Anne Curtis returns in the top-rating noon-time show on Saturday, May 24, 2014, after a week long absence from the noontime program. She was welcomed by her fellow co-hosts who were excited on her return.
During Anne Curtis’ returns, she was quoted as saying “Namiss ko kayo ng bonggang bongga, guys. Any day basta kasama ko kayo, it’s super special,” she said, to the cheers of the studio audience. Anne Curtis also revealed the reasons behind her absence from It’s Showtime.
According to It’s Showtime co-hosts and box office actor Vice Ganda, the actress Anne Curtis was busy shooting with the top-rating series “Dyesebel.” He was quoted as saying “Sa mga nagtataka kung bakit si Anne Curtis, pukpukan po siyang nagshoshoot sa probisnya para sa “Dyesebel,” he said.
There are various speculations about the absence of Anne Curtis from It’s Showtime, so Vice Ganda answered the speculations by revealing the reasons behind Anne Curtis absence from the noon-time show.
Vice Ganda added further that “Tawiran siya ng Subic, Batangas, araw araw. Kaya please, wag niyo naman i-judge. Hindi naman pumepetiks itong kapatid namin. Nagtratrabaho po siya at para sa inyo rin naman.” he explained.
The 29-year-old “Dyesebel” star also noted that “Kaya todo effort ako pumasok ngayong Sabado para makasama ko naman kayo ulit guys,” Anne Curtis said. Aside from the return of Anne Curtis on It’s Showtime she will also participate in a grand fans day at Trinoma together with co-stars Sam Milby and Gerald Anderson.
