2 Buses Collide in Negros Occidental Killed 4 and Injured 33

As reports from road accidents continuous to leaked online which definitely alarmed some bus p(–foul word(s) removed–)engers, another tragic incident reported from Negros Occidental to where there are around 4 p(–foul word(s) removed–)engers died on the spot and 33 others who got injured.

According to Negros Occidental police director, as the two buses collide the horrifying incident took place on Rizal Street, Sitio Ipil, Barangay (village) Pilar, Hinigaran, Negros Occidental at about 10:40 a.m Tuesday March 4, 2014.

Meanwhile, initial reports said that a Ceres/Vallacar Transit airconditioned bus No. 541 was traveling from Cebu while on its way towards  Bacolod City when it suddenly collided with a mini-bus travelling from Bacolod towards Kabankalan.

Those 4 p(–foul word(s) removed–)engers died on the spot were identified as 52-year-old Henry Pendon of Binalbagan, 23-year-old Wilma Medalla of Barangay Enclaro, Binalbagan who is 3-months-old pregnant, 35-year-old Claudio Lowell Janolino of  Barangay Cambaog, Hinigaran, and the mini bus conductor.

On the other hand, the mini bus conductor according to the police, fell his head due to the extreme impact while the right arm of a woman was found under the vehicle.

Moreover, out of 33 p(–foul word(s) removed–)engers got injured, there are eight were severely hurt.

Regarding to this tragic and unexpected bus collision accident, police already identified the drivers of the bus as 54-year-old Jonathan Estoya Maghari, from Barangay Batuan, San Enrique town, Negros Occidental while the driver of mini bus is 55-year-old Rufino Lorena Banga of Crossing Sibucao, San Enrique, Lirazan who get minor injuries, were both detained at the Hinigaran police station.
