The hashtag #PrayforPangasinan dominated the Twitter trending topics in the Philippines after the news report broke out about a flesh-eating disease that spread in some parts of the province as reported by Bandila on Monday, February 24, 2014.
The mysterious disease that victimized a certain Claire and Joseph in Pangasinan baffled the medical experts in the province, because they could not identify the rare disease.
Filipino netizens from all around the world were shocked with the report and they urged their fellow Filipinos to pray for the victims of the flesh-eating bacteria that slowly consume the bodies of the victims.
Aside from the danger brought about by the mysterious disease, netizens also cited a previous prophecy made by Prophet Sadhu pinpointing a certain flesh-eating disease that will hit the Province of Pangasinan, spread to Cebu and then to various parts of the world.
The Indian prophesied last April 2013 during the 24th National Prayer Gathering of various Christian denominations at the Cuneta Astrodome. According to the prophet the disease will spread all over the world which will consume flesh of men and will pierce through the bones.
The news of Pangasinan’s mysterious disease spread like wildfire in various social media sites. On micro-blogging site, Twitter, topics such as “Pangasinan” “#PrayforPangasinan” and “#misteryosongsakitsabandila” dominated the top trending topics immediately after the report was aired.
The hashtag #PrayforPangasinan remained as the No. 1 trending topics in the Philippines as of press time. Meanwhile the Part 2 of the mysterious report on Bandila will be aired tonight, February 25, 2014.
