The Game 2 of the PCCL Finals ended with the final score at 70-61 as UAAP Mythical Five member Jason Perkins came up big in the fourth quarter as La Salle completed a sweep of SWU in the best-of-three finals series.

DLSU Green Archers head coach Juno Sauler was grateful to his squad as he led the Taft-based cagers to the UAAP title and the PCCL crowns in just his first year as head coach of the Green Archers.

La Salle was led by Jason Perkins who scored with 14 points and 10 rebounds, he was well-supported by UAAP Finals MVP Jeron Teng who scored with 16 points, four rebounds and five (–foul word(s) removed–)ists.

The SWU Cobras is the second team from the Visayas who made it to the PCCL Finals. Despite their effort of avenging their Game One loss to the Archers, they failed on their offensive attacks and their lackluster defense was capitalized by the Archers who secured their back-to-back victory over the Cobras.

The Cebu-based SWU Cobras was lead by Sanjo who scored with 16 points and 13 rebounds while Marc Tallo added with 15 points and six (–foul word(s) removed–)ists for the Cobras.

The scores:

DLSU 70 – Teng 16, Vosotros 15, Perkins 14, Reyes 7, Bolick 5, Van Opstal 4, N. Torres 4, T. Torres 3, Tampus 2, Montalbo 0, Salem 0.
