This Christmas Season on December 25,2013, Star Cinema and Regal Entertainment Inc. proudly brings one of the entry in the 38th Metro Manila Film Festival “Pagpag” featuring the Teen King and Queen couple of the primetime series Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla on wide screen.
And now the first trailer of the lone horror entry “Pagpag” released online shows glimpse of what supposedly happens when one ignores the Filipino superstition of “shaking off” evil spirits after visiting a wake.
This film will surely give thrilling, hair-raising and goosebumps moments for the viewers while watching “Pagpag.”
“Pagpag” is directed by Frasco Mortiz and this movie marks only the second time that Bernardo and Padilla top billed a full length moment joined with Paulo Avelino, Shaina Magdayao, Miles Ocampo, Matet de Leon, Clarence Delgado, Dominic Roque, CJ Navato, Michelle Vito, Janus Del Prado, Bembol Roco, Leo Martinez and many others.
In an interview with Mortiz, he said that fans should not only expect for a full horror movie because the “Got to Believe” stars will also give spark and a little romance to each other.
“May mga nanakot, may suspense, may kaunting comedy tapos siyempre, may kilig between Kathryn and Daniel,” he said.
The trailer contained a two-minute clip plays on the macabre, hinting on several deaths and evil spirits haunting a group of teenagers.
