There are a lot of artists who rose to fame with the help of social media sharing their talents through uploading their videos in YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and twitter.
Like Charice Pempengco she was dubbed by Oprah as the most talented girl in the world, Random girl Zendee Rose Japitana Tenerefe, who sang And I am Telling You at SM Mega Mall, Aldrich Lloyd Talonding’s version of “Dance With My Father”, 10 year old Maria Aragon who sang Born This Way in her own style, and Kelsey Adams from Cebu. All of their videos became viral on YouTube and was declared as YouTube sensations.
And at this point there’s a viral video shared in Facebook and some netizens called her “Suklay Diva” because as she cover the song of Beyonce Dangerously In Love she hold the comb and considered it as a microphone as she sings.

Katrina Velarde also join in one of the biggest singing competition in the Philippines “The X Factor Philippines”, and Charice Pempengco who was one of the judges was shocked and amaze because the two of them pitted in singing competition.
I know that this girl do a lot of things just to be noticed, and she’s lucky enough because her dreams do come true because she is now on her way to become famous. She’s another proud of Philippines and she do deserve to get noticed by the public because she possess an extraordinary talent with the help of her golden voice and it’s really possible for her to hit the high notes.
Katrina uploaded a lot of videos many years ago but her videos became viral only this month, and I do believe that there’s a right place and a right time for everything, maybe it’s God’s time for her to be discovered.
