Baldoz explains that the Phil-Jobnet is an automated online job featuring its applicant matching system. She adds that the Phil-Jobnet is open 24/7 to benefit both the job seekers and employers who search for manpower.

The Bureau of Local Employment is the one who supervises the website, Phil-Jobnet, which serves as a Labor Market Information (LMI) System.

Furthermore, Baldoz explains that the said job site includes features of interactive links that will enable job seekers to post their skills likewise to companies to search for services. Private Job search portals such as the and are also linked   to the said website.

Applicants who have successfully made their online registration will have the opportunity to advertise themselves as well as update their personal information and scroll over jobs that will match their skills and interest.
