Those who look for jobs can have their online registration so as to easily get hold of future career opportunities.
Baldoz explains that the Phil-Jobnet is an automated online job featuring its applicant matching system. She adds that the Phil-Jobnet is open 24/7 to benefit both the job seekers and employers who search for manpower.
The Bureau of Local Employment is the one who supervises the website, Phil-Jobnet, which serves as a Labor Market Information (LMI) System.
Furthermore, Baldoz explains that the said job site includes features of interactive links that will enable job seekers to post their skills likewise to companies to search for services. Private Job search portals such as the jobstreet.com and JobsDB.com are also linked to the said website.
Applicants who have successfully made their online registration will have the opportunity to advertise themselves as well as update their personal information and scroll over jobs that will match their skills and interest.
The best thing is, users will be able to have their online application and get an access to various job vacancies and widen opportunities for their employment.
Since it’s free, Baldoz encourages those employers to post their vacancies on the said job site.
According to her, the top 20 “hot jobs” includes many vacancies for call center agents, bus drivers, merchandisers, technical and commercial sales representatives, facilitators, medical representatives, accounting clerks, professional tutors and promo salespersons.
Phil-Jobnet is not only limited for local labor market but it also offers jobs for those who would like to work overseas.
Now, job hunting in the Philippines is as easy as facing your monitors and clicking the mouse.
