International singing sensation Charice, finally broke her silence and revealed one of her best-kept secret during an exclusive interview with the Philippines premier entertainment news program, The Buzz.
Charice finally admitted in an exclusive interview with Boy Abunda, that she was indeed a lesbian. She was quoted as saying “Opo, tomboy po ako,” Charice stated on Sunday, June 2, 2013.
The 21-year-old Charice apologized to her family and fans who are disappointed by her coming out, while thanking those who continue to support her. After the exclusive interview, Charice told Boy Abunda that she feels free about coming out.
