Man Accused of Touching Private Part of Co-Worker’s Girlfriend in Iloilo City
A man is being accused of molesting the girlfriend of his co-worker while they were resting inside a temporary room at a fairground in Iloilo City.
A woman identified as Inday, her boyfriend Toto, 30, and another fairground worker known as Nonoy were involved in the incident.
A man is facing allegations of molesting the girlfriend of his co-worker while they were resting inside a temporary room at a fairground in Barangay San Pedro, Molo District, Iloilo City. Inday visited her boyfriend at his workplace and decided to stay with him for the night, according to local officials.
The couple was reportedly sleeping inside a temporary room set up within the fairground area. Everything appeared normal until the woman suddenly woke up after allegedly feeling someone touching her private area while she was asleep.
The unexpected incident disturbed both Inday and Toto. After waking up, the woman immediately realized that something was wrong, while her boyfriend was shocked by his friend’s action.
The confrontation soon turned into a heated argument between the two men. Witnesses said the disagreement escalated, leading to a physical altercation. Other people in the area eventually stepped in to prevent the situation from getting worse.
Barangay officials were informed about the incident, and the matter was later brought to the attention of authorities. The suspect was taken to the Iloilo City Police Station 4 for investigation and documentation of the complaint.
However, reports indicated that the suspect was later released while authorities continued to look into the circumstances surrounding the case. Further investigation is expected to determine the appropriate legal actions that may follow.
Information gathered from local officials revealed that the suspect had previously worked at another fairground before being transferred to the location where Toto was employed.
