Google Launched Global Science Fair 2013

The world’s leading search giant, Google lanched a global science fair by inviting students from around the world to present their brightest ideas that could probably change the world.

According to Sam Peter of the Google’s science fair team who was quoted as saying that “Many great scientists developed their curiosity for science at an early age and went on to make groundbreaking discoveries that changed the way we live,” said Peter.

Some of the most popular scientist and inventors started at an early age, computer icon Ada Lovelace started early, Alexander Graham Bell experimented with sounds while in his teens, Louis Braille invented an alphabet for the blind at the age of 16.

Google partnered with Google Science Fair include European research organization CERN and toy maker LEGO Group. According to Google challenges by prior fair winners included early diagnosis of breast cancer, cataloguing the ecosystem found in water, and enabling people with hearing loss to better listen to music.
