Allegedly, the singer-actress already received inappropriate words from Archie during the party. Previously, it was mentioned in reports that Bea even reprimanded Archie because of what he said to Rita.

Atty. Maggie Abraham-Garduque, the legal counsel of Rita Daniela, shared that this was also the first thing she asked the singer-actress.

It was said that the answer to this was written in No. 18 of Rita’s affidavit. She explained the reason why she still left the party with Archie who brought her home. “Thinking that he was already sober and that he went back to his being an elder brother who could safely take me home, I agreed to ride with him and cancelled my Grab ride.” Rita said in her affidavit.
