After legal complaints filed recently, Jelai Andres will also soon follow the process of their annulment.
JELAI ANDRES – Famous vlogger and actress Jelai Andres finally files a legal complaint versus husband Jon Gutierrez a.k.a King Badger.
It’s no secret to public that Jon Gutierrez a.k.a King Badger has did it again for the second time around after Jelai Andres has given him another chance to fix what has been broken for what he did years ago. Jelai is a famous vlogger and a Kapuso actress. The apparent cheating for the second time around can be traced back to their word war online.
The alleged third party is the social media personality named Yumi Garcia but Badger has never spoken of anything about the woman he kept from Jelai. To recall, they got married in 2018 but months after their grand wedding, she caught his affair with another famous woman on the internet.
And now, making legal action after the same violating thing has been done to her which is against the law because they are married, Jelai filed concubinage complaint versus Badger. Last June, she file the complaint before the Department of Justice in Quezon City. She also attended the second hearing of the case filed against him as well which violated the R.A. 9262 or the Violence Against Women And Children (VAWC) Act.
As per Jelai, they were still able to talk and Badger has accordingly directly admitted to her that he has indeed another woman. Jelai said as per PEP, “Sobra na kasi, parang masyado na akong natapak-tapakan, tapos yung kabilang panig pa yung naghahamon at parang matatapang. I realized that we need to learn how to stand up and fight for our rights para makakuha ng justice.”
She also filed complaint against two other personalities but opted not to disclose their names and identities. And right after these complaints, she will follow the filing of the annulment of their marriage.
