Supporters of Mayor Duterte came out and showed their support to the mayor’s latest motorcade and political rally in the vicinity of Malabon-Navotas areas but despite the fact that thousands of Filipinos attended the rally it was not reported on national TV. The overwhelming support to Mayor Duterte proved once again that any smear campaign allegedly initiated by Sen. Trillanes on national media was useless according to some netizens who posted their comments on the viral photos of the Duterte-Cayetano campaign sortie in Malabon and Navotas area which was held on Wednesday night, April 28, 2016.

Most Duterte supporters posted their support to the leading presidential candidate a few days before the highly anticipated May 9, elections through their Facebook accounts and through the pages managed by Duterte loyalists.

Some netizens noted that no amount of black propaganda by various news media organization and the opponents of Mayor Duterte can hinder the triumph of the Davao City Mayor on his journey to Malacanang and for the country’s dream of Real Change.

Netizens and supporters who attended the Duterte-Cayetano rally in Navotas and Malabon City even called themselves as the Emilio Aguinaldo of Mayor Duterte which refers to the mayor’s statement that his primary supporter is no other than Emilio Aguinaldo who lives in the countryside.
