Aspiring young singer Mary Anne Ramos impressed all the three judges of the country’s top-rating singing competition on national TV, The Voice Kids of the Philippines during the Saturday’s edition of the show. She joined the elite list of young singers who are three-chair-turner in the competition.

The 10-year-old singer from the Province of Albay made her own powerful rendition of the of Shirley Bassey’s ”Diamonds Are Forever.”
Coach Bamboo Mañalac who was the first of the three coaches to turn for Mary Anne Ramos, he was so impressed with her powerful voice. He was quoted as saying “Ang laki ng boses mo. ‘Yung presence pa lang . Hindi na kita kailangan turuan mag-perform kasi napaka-natural mo,” said Bamboo Mañalac.
Meanwhile, Coach Lea Salonga replied to the attempt of Coach Bamboo to convinced the artist as she commended the young artist for her choice of song. Coach Lea was quoted as saying “This is one of those classic songs. ‘Yung naging peg mo ng singer, ‘yung mahahaba ang career. ‘Yung mga magagaling kahit hindi na bata,” she said.
For her part, pop star Sarah Geronimo explained why she was left unconvinced during the early part of Ramos’ performance.
Mary Anne Ramos eventually decided to chose Coach Lea Salonga, making her the 16th member of Team Lea, which is also known as “FamiLea.”
