Lady Commuter Flexes Generous Grab Driver for Providing Free Snacks and Wifi for Passengers
GRAB DRIVER – A lady commuter has praised a Grab driver for providing free snacks and wifi for the passengers.
A TikTok user named Alyssa Sy has shared the Grab Taxi providing free snacks and entertainment for the passengers. The video goes viral online and earns reactions from the online community.
In the video, the lady passenger found signage inside the vehicle informing the commuters that snacks, drinks, charging, and wife were free. At first, she hesitates to grab the free items thinking the driver would charge an additional fee.
The woman asked for the wifi’s password and the driver even told her to get free snacks and drinks such as sprite, coke, and water in the cooler. The driver offers biscuits and candies to his passengers.
“When I got into the grab taxi, the first thing I noticed were the snacks placed on the back of the passenger’s seat and the free wifi. I asked kuya if I could connect to the wifi and he said yes, and even said that I could take some snack and candies. Next, he also informed me that he had drinks at the back if ever I was thirsty (there were sprite, coke, and water in the cooler),” Sy said.
The driver showed her a microphone if she wanted to sing. The witty driver came from Singapore and he wanted to give his passengers a comfortable ride.
Sy was surprised that there was no additional charge. She give the driver a tip for giving her smooth and comfortable trip.
“After the ride, I just paid what was on the taximeter, and there was really no additional charge, I also gave him a tip because I had a smooth and comfortable trip. I was really amazed with all the effort he put into his grab taxi and promised to make a tiktok video of it as another way of showing my appreciation of his efforts by promoting it through social media,” Sy added.
