Kathryn Bernardo Horror Movie Comeback Allegedly Delayed

Netizens think that Kathryn Bernardo is the subject of this blind item

Social media is buzzing with rumors about the alleged postponed release of the upcoming horror movie if starring Asia’s Superstar Kathryn Bernardo.

This is after a blind item went viral that some netizens linked to her highly anticipated horror project.

It has been more than a year since Kathryn made her big screen appearance with “Hello, Love, Again,” which became the highest-grossing Filipino film of all time after grossing over P1.6 billion. Fans loved her tandem with Asia’s Multimedia Star Alden Richards, after their first movie together “Hello, Love, Goodbye” in 2019.

Because of this, her fans are already excited about her next movie, especially after rumors surfaced that she will star in the remake of “Feng Shui,” based on the article in Newsko.

However, some fans are worried again after a blind item went viral claiming that the comeback horror movie of a big actress has been delayed.

An account on X, formerly Twitter, had this blind item: “Delayed until further notice ang supposed comeback horror movie ng isang malaking aktres this year… first of its kind ang naturang horror movie dahil may ita-tap na big Hollywood production company para mailako ito sa mas malaking audience. Hopefully matuloy pa rin ito at hindi magaya sa isang supposed epic movie niya na tuluyan nang na-shelved.”

Because of this description, many netizens immediately thought that Kathryn Bernardo was being referred to, especially since it was previously reported that her period action-drama project “Elena 1944” was discontinued.

Despite the speculation, there has been no official statement from the producer or ABS-CBN regarding the true status of the said project.

It was recently reported that Kathryn’s new series Someone, Someday with actor-singer James Reid is set to premiere next month.
