Police and NBI Launch Investigation to Identify Suspects Who Punches Delivery Man
The police authorities and NBI agents have launched an investigation to locate the cyclist who punched a delivery man.
Last weekend, the video footage of a raging cyclist who punched a delivery guy immediately spread like a wildfire online and elicits comments from the netizens. The cyclist earned massive amount of criticisms for its arrogance.
The baker is about to deliver breads to his customers when furious bikers apprehended him after attempting to overtake them. The cyclists confronted and lambasted the poor baker during the traffic alteration.
After a few moments, one of the cyclists suddenly punched the hardworking man and continue to give distasteful remarks against the helpless baker. The controversial incident happened along the intersection of Hernan Cortes and A.S. Fortuna Streets in Mandaue City.
Mandaue City police and NBI operatives in Central Visayas are now conducting an investigation to identify the bikers involved in the viral road rage incident. The suspects were claiming to be agents of the National Bureau of Investigation. However, the agency denied their claims.
The 30-year-old victim identified as Marvin Lobitania reported the incident at Casuntingan Police Station and filed a complaint against the suspect. The cyclist allegedly questioned Marvin why he sideswiped his friend and suddenly punched the rider during the altercation.

Casuntingan Police Station commander Police Capt. Armil Caloscos said that the suspects would face charges of physical injury and violation of city’s executive order prohibiting leisure biking against the bikers.
NBI 7 Director Renan Oliva also said that the suspect could be sued for usurpation of authority after claiming to be an agent of NBI.
