The heaviest that Mariel Padilla has been through is accordingly 197 lbs. and this is after she gave birth to her second child. Losing weight, in her case, took quite a while before she finally started her journey because, for several months, she was breastfeeding her baby, and restricting herself of foods is just the same as restricting her breastfeeding daughter to have the nutrition she needs. And in her vlog, she happily shared that after a couple of months, she lost 42 lbs already and she’s now at 155 lbs. She still wears large-size clothing and her ultimate goal is to return wearing clothes in small to medium sizes. She shared that in her journey, she had a nutritionist that helped her on what foods she should and should not eat. And in her experience, the foods we take matters and in losing weight, the right choices, the portioning, and your mindset are some of the things that mattered most.

She did the Pescatarian diet, she works out, and she really disciplined herself to drop all the carbs.
