Boxing legend and senator Manny Pacquiao refuses to withdraw the bounty for the persons allegedly involved in the death of Christine Dacera.
MANNY PACQUIAO – Philippine Senator Manny Pacquiao set Php 500,000.00 to anyone who can capture the “suspects” over Christine Dacera’s death.
23-year-old flight attendant Christine Dacera met her untimely death at the first day of the new year after partying with her friends. She died in the bathtub and was dead upon arrival in the hospital due to ruptured aortic aneurysm.

Initially reported, she was maliciously abused by the people she was with but the tagged suspects maintain their innocence insisting that they cannot do such to their dear friend. At the height of the issue, Senator Manny Pacquiao offered Php 500,000.00 worth of reward to whoever can capture the “suspects” in the death of the air stewardess.
Accordingly, he personally knows the Dacera family and have met Christine. Just like Sharon Dacera, the mother, Pacman also appealed to suspects to show up if they are really innocent which he followed his belief that death penalty in the country must be reinstituted.
In recent interview, he expressed no plans to withdraw the bounty and even said that the money will be given as financial aid to the family if ever the persons of interest “voluntarily surrender” to investigators.

He then clarified that the reward will be a medium to shed light to the controversial death of Dacera. Meanwhile, four of the tagged suspects appealed to Pacman to recall bounty as it “affects the safety and security of these gentlemen” as per their legal counsel.
Regarding the safety, those who will submit to the investigator will be given security by Pacquiao as he is after the truth just like everyone else.
