Less-Fortunate Grandma Asks Additional Gadgets for her Grandkids
MARIKINA CITY – A less-fortunate grandma is asking for additional gadgets for her grandkids who were studying through online learning system.
An elderly woman named Medina La Torre is asking help from the kind-hearted people to provide some gadgets for seven grandchildren sharing with two gadgets for online learning. Their house is too small for her grandchildren.
Lola Medina narrated that her grandchildren were filling her small house while answering their self-learning modules. The seven kids were just sharing with two mobile gadgets and just connecting with their neighbor’s WiFi to get an internet connection.
The young kids took modular learning method but they still need gadgets for research and answering the modules. The students also need to attend a meeting online for a brief discussion of the lesson.
The parents of young children have lost their job due to coronavirus pandemic. Some of them are earning through online selling but temporarily stopped because her kids need the phone for their studies.

La Torre is also asking for generous netizens to help her grown-up children to get a small business so they could have an additional source of income.
