Young Girl Selling Face Shield and Attending Online Class at the Same Time Goes Viral On Social Media
The photos of a young girl who is selling face shield and attending online class at the same time circulate on social media.
A Facebook user named Richard Rubrica has shared the photos of a young face shield vendor who is selling products while attending her online class. The post is now spreading like a wildfire online.
In the photo, it can be seen that the female student is attending her online class while selling face shields in a public place. The girl is selling the personal protective equipment for only P10 each.
Rubrica expressed his sympathy for the poor girl because of her situation. He also expressed his disappointment with the new learning system, which makes learning harder for the students as well as teaching for teachers.
The disappointed netizen also described the ‘new normal’ as ‘new abnormal’ for contributing to the burden of Filipino students and teachers.

“Yah, Teh! Face shield kayo dyan!
” Sabay sabing “yes maam! 1 to 5 po ba?”.
Bigalang “oo teh, sampu lang dalawa bente”.
Isang eksenang kala mo sa pelikula lang makikita. Ngunit,
ito ang mukha ng Pilipinong mag-aaral ngayong “New Abnormal”. Marami sa ating mga mag-aaral ang pinipilit na makasabay sa sistemang ito kahit batid natin na hindi sapat ang ating kahandaan dito. Maging ang mga guro ay nangangapa parin sa dilim kung paano maaabot ang kanilang mga magaaral. Ngunit…syempre..tulad ng laging gawi…lalagyan “nila” tayo ng “band-aid” at ikukubli sa “face shield” ang totoong lagay ng ating sistema ng edukasyon.”
