Magnitude 4.0 earthquake hits the Southern Leyte.
SOUTHERN LEYTE – A magnitude 4.0 earthquake hit the San Francisco, Southern Leyte, August 29, around 2:23 PM.
According to bulletin report of the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS), magnitude 4.0 hit the San Francisco of the Southern Leyte.
Its location is 10.03°N, 125.14°E – 003 km S 45° W of San Francisco (Southern Leyte).
There were no damages and no expected after shocks.
Intensity III was also listed at the Limasawa, Southern Leyte.
