Previously, veteran actor Edu Manzano was dating veteran actress Cherry Pie Picache. They admitted their relationship in December 2021, and rekindled their love after two decades when they joined the ABS-CBN teleserye “Marry Me, Marry You.”
However, the relationship did not last long. They had a quiet split in 2023. The actress confirmed their split, and despite what happened, they remained good friends. He is a very good person, and according to her, they will always love each other.
Recently, long after their split, Manzano was spotted with Joy Ortega abroad. Based on the series of photos Ortega shared on Instagram, they were together, and the snaps instantly sparked dating speculations. They had lunch together and went to Ronda, as well.

Manzano is an actor, television presenter, and politician. He had hosted several game shows, such as The Weakest Link, Pilipinas, Game KNB?, 1 vs. 100, Asar Talo Lahat Panalo!, and Game ‘N Go.
He is also a politician, and in 2022, he supported Leni Robredo’s campaign. He was elected a couple of times; however, there have always been conflicts and concerns regarding his citizenship. In 2019, he ran for Representative of San Juan but was disqualified by the COMELEC.
Meanwhile, Ortega, as a politician, has a platform of governance covering several significant aspects that would positively impact people’s quality of life. She has plans to promote better mental health, sustainable tourism, environmental protection, sustainable livelihood, improved income for farmers and fisherfolks, youth empowerment, quality education, and women’s empowerment.
She was born and raised in La Union. As a public servant, she is focused on education, health, and environmental sustainability.
