In the recent Paris Fashion Week, Filipino and Thai celebrities dominated the new Launchmetrics report, specifically for the Spring/Summer 2025 season.
According to Vogue, the PFW earned a total of $630 million in MIV which was way higher compared to the $384 million in SS23 and $499 million in SS24. Launchmetrics CEO Michael Jaïs explained that the PFW did not only draw more crowd but it also became “increasingly global”.
On top 1 is Heart Evangelista who delivered $10.6M in MIV. It was the highest celebrity-driven MIV generated from the 66 posts she shared during this season. On top 2 was Nattawin Wattanagitiphat who gave some $10.2M in MIV and top 3 was Pia Wurtzbach with $7M in MIV.
It’s hard to ignore the Korean stars during the fashion event but “Filipino celebrities overtook South Korean stars” as per the Launchmetrics CEO. Apart from Heart and Pia, Michelle Dee was also there and made her Paris Fashion Week debut walking for Michael Cinco while Anne Curtis attended the Louis Vuitton Spring/Summer 2025 presentation with Evangelista.
Last March, Heart was 3rd with $3.6M in MIV at the Milan Fashion Week for Fall/Winter 2024. Prior to her PFW appearance as a fashion week regular, she was also at this year’s Milan Fashion Week.
In a previous article, Heart used OPM songs as the background of her fashion videos when she attended fashion events.
