Lolit Solis shared her thoughts on the issue involving Alice Guo
Veteran showbiz writer Lolit Solis said that dismissed Bamban Mayor Alice Guo is “very charming” after she watched the Senate hearing.
Following the arrest of the female politician due to her alleged involvement in POGO-related issues, Senators started questioning Guo on Monday, September 9. During the hearing, she denied that she and Guo Hua Ping are the same person.
Despite the intense questioning from the lawmakers led by Sen. Risa Hontiveros, Guo did not give them much information.
The dismissed Mayor has been receiving criticism from the online community. However, Lolit Solis saw something positive from Alice Guo.
The veteran showbiz writer dedicated her recent Instagram write-ups to share her thoughts on the dismissed Bamban Mayor and the issue she is involved in. Lolit said that she watched the Senate hearing and she can say that Guo was playing along.
However, Lolit said she admires the female politician for her bravery in facing the Senators. “Very charming siya at dahil sa Pogo connect niya meaning dami niya datung at her age na bata pa kung iisipin mo,” the writer said about Guo.
Lolit also said that she would not wonder if there were producers who would like to do a movie based on Guo’s life because it is exciting. “Very colorful at kung iisipin mo ang daming twist ha. At ang dami mong malalaman dahil pati ang corruption sa pagkuha ng birth certificate at passport. Bongga talaga,” she added.
In another post, Lolit Solis talked about the questioning that the Senators did, specifically Sen. Joel Villanueva. Then, the showbiz writer said that if she was just “pogi”, she will court Guo.
“Kung pogi akong men ligawan ko talaga si Alice Guo. Pero sabi ni Sen Jinggoy Estrada meron daw papa na isang Mayor din si Alice Guo, bongga,” Lolit said, adding that the dismissed mayor is really firm in answering the question and this is something admirable for her.
