Over 100 PSU-Rizal Students Seek Answers Over Delayed Uniforms & ID Laces

PSU-Rizal Students Questioned Delayed Uniforms & ID Laces Despite Being Paid

More than 100 students are seeking answers regarding delayed department uniforms and ID laces despite being paid several months ago.

The students from the BS Environmental Science program of Palawan State University (PSU)-Rizal Campus are seeking answers regarding department uniforms and ID laces that they said have not yet been delivered despite being paid a few months ago.

One of the students reached out to the media to ask for help in bringing attention to the issue. According to the complaint, students paid for the items as early as January 2026 but are still waiting to receive them.

The student explained that each member of the department contributed P500 for the department uniform and P80 for an ID lace. However, several months have already passed, and the students claim that the items have not yet been distributed.

According to the complaint, more than 100 students are affected by the situation. Many of them are wondering why there has been such a long delay and are hoping to receive a clear explanation from those responsible for handling the funds and the distribution of the items.

The students also pointed out that the money they paid is significant, especially for those who carefully budget their expenses for school. Because of this, many are concerned and want to know what happened to the payments they made earlier this year.

The letter further stated that students were allegedly informed that part of the collected funds had been used for uniforms of some students undergoing on-the-job training (OJT) who had not yet paid.

The information reportedly raised additional questions among students who had already settled their contributions and were expecting to receive their uniforms and ID laces on time.
