Luis Manzano and Jessy Mendiola have a new life milestone
The new house that celebrity couple Luis Manzano and Jessy Mendiola had built is finished and in fact, they have already moved in, which is why the couple is so excited and happy about this.
Luis and Jessy tied the knot in February 2021. They are blessed with a beautiful daughter named Rosie. Just recently, the celebrity couple shared a big achievement in their lives.
In Jessy’s latest vlog, which was filmed in their new house, the couple recounted their journey in building their dream house, which they called Casa Manzano.
“Nakaka-excite dahil ang tagal naming inantay ‘to, pinaghirapan ‘to…,” Luis Manzano, who was apparently getting emotional, said.
He also said that their house was four years in the making and until now, some parts are still being constructed little by little. There are smaller details that needed to be done. “Mga add ng furnitures, tapos may mga inaayos lang na bagay-bagay,” he added.
Luis and Jessy said that they faced many challenges in building the house and Luis laughed, saying that money came first. “At least, out of the way na, ‘yung pera talaga,” Jessy said.
The actress also shared that they thought that the big bulk of their budget would be spent for the structure and foundation of the house, but it was on the smaller details.
“Pero sa totoo lang din, meron pa rin ‘yang hanggang sa furniture, hanggang sa mga gamit ninyo sa loob ng bahay,” Jessy said.
The couple also shared that originally they planned to make it a rental, but at the last minute they decided to just live in it, so they changed their plans.
However, they said it was worth the wait because they are very happy with the outcome of the house. Jessy Mendiola shared that her favorite spot in their new house is the atrium skylight in the middle of their house. while, Luis Manzano shared that he likes the living room and his gym.
The couple also promised that they will also have a house tour vlog when the house is finally finished.
