Female Joggers Caught Man’s Indecent Act Inside Parked Vehicle Along Iloilo Sunset Boulevard
Two female joggers encountered a man who allegedly committed an indecent act along the popular Iloilo Sunset Boulevard.
According to one of the women, identified only as MJ, she and her friend were jogging shortly after 7 a.m. when they noticed a man standing behind a white vehicle parked near the area. At first, they believed the man was simply relieving himself beside the road.
However, as they passed by, the situation became more disturbing. The women claimed that the man deliberately exposed his private parts and made inappropriate gestures while facing them.
They also noticed that he appeared to be smiling during the incident, making the experience even more uncomfortable and alarming.
The women observed that the man’s pants were open and not just his zipper. They also said there were no visible signs that he had been urinating in the area. Instead, they only noticed a piece of tissue left on the ground.
After being confronted by the two women, the man quickly left the scene in a white vehicle before authorities could arrive. The incident was later reported, prompting local police to begin an investigation.
The suspect is believed to be around 40 years old. The Iloilo City Police Office is currently working to identify him and gather more information about the incident. Authorities are also coordinating with the Land Transportation Office in Region 6 to trace the registered owner of the vehicle using its plate number.
Meanwhile, the Iloilo City Public Order and Safety Management Office explained that the green guards assigned to monitor the area are only on duty until 2 a.m., several hours before the incident occurred.
The women hope that the public will not dismiss what happened as a minor issue. They described the experience as deeply upsetting and traumatic, emphasizing that there should be no place for such behavior in public spaces.
