Matet de Leon slammed bashers
Actress Matet de Leon reacted to bashers who are now calling her and her siblings “kAMPON.”
Matet is one of the adopted children of the late Superstar Nora Aunor and veteran actor Christopher de Leon. A year after the death of the National Artist of the Philippines for Film and Broadcast Arts in 2022, issues surfaced between the De Leon siblings.
Nora and Christopher had a biological son, actor Ian de Leon. Following the actor’s statement that he is the sole heir of his mother’s inheritance, people could not help but think that there was a conflict between him and his adopted siblings. He, on the other hand, said that he is not excluding his siblings from matters about the late Superstar.

However, actress Lotlot de Leon stressed in a statement released by her legal counsel that she has no interest in what their mother left. She even said that for her, her mother’s legacy is more than just material things, but the kindness and love she has shown to other people.
After Ian’s controversial statement, Matet de Leon shared an intriguing post. She shared a photo of herself with her fellow adopted children with the caption, “Mga ampon na walang mana.”

Just recently, Matet once again caught the attention of the online community because of her intriguing post. She reacted to those people, calling them “kAMPON.”
“kAMPON na pala ang tawag sa amin ngayon [laugh emoji] haaay.. [shushing face emoji],” Matet wrote in her Facebook post.

This was followed by another post directed to a basher who said that Matet and her siblings’ lives would be a disaster if not because of Nora. The basher also called them “ipokrito.”

Matet wondered how this issue had reached this far. “Umabot na po dito. Ano ba kasalanan namin sa inyo?” the former child star said.
