The Land Transportation Office (LTO) on Monday issued a show-cause order against the driver, the vlogger, and the registered owner of the vehicle, who reportedly made a gas attendant chase their vehicle after fueling up without paying.
In a previous article, the vlogger clarified that it was scripted for online content.
The content creator explained that the individual seen running was not a real gasoline attendant but a friend who voluntarily participated in the video. While this clarification shifted some viewers’ perceptions, others remained unconvinced.

On Monday, the Land Transportation Office (LTO) issued a show-cause order against the individuals involved after the agency’s Intelligence and Investigation Division (IID) traced the Toyota Land Cruiser.
The LTO suspended the driver’s license of the vlogger and placed the vehicle under alarm status. LTO Chief Markus Lacanilao said, “Apparently parang pinaglalaruan niya e yung empleyado niya, na kahit empleyado niyang ‘yun, pare-pareho tayong tao. Huwag niyang paglaruan porke’t mahirap yung tao niya, huwag ganun.”
Lacanilao, during his appearance at Super Radyo dzBB, revealed that the vlogger is a former mayor. He added that the agency will be revoking his driver’s license for life, and his vehicle will be put on alarm so that he cannot use it.
He added that, based on the report, the former mayor allegedly owned the gas station where the pump attendant was working.
