Aiko Melendez showed this sweet gesture for Onemig Bondoc
Quezon City 5th District Councilor and actress Aiko Melendez is so inspired nowadays, as she was able to create and record a song for her boyfriend Onemig Bondoc.
Aiko and Onemig started catching up early this year. Their sweet photos circulated online, and eventually, they confirmed that they are not in a relationship with each other.
It was revealed that 29 years ago, Onemig tried to pursue Aiko, but this did not push through. Almost three decades later, romance bloomed between them.
Last month, the couple launched their first couple merchandise, and this delighted their fans. Aiko Melendez is a new level of inspired when she recently shared that she wrote a song for Onemig Bondoc.
In her several decades in showbiz, it’s only now that Aiko recorded a song she also wrote, based on the article in Bandera. With this, netizens could not help but notice the positivity that Onemig brought to Aiko’s life.
The couple is also spreading good vibes on social media, and this made their fans so happy.
Many netizens have also noticed that Aiko’s postings about her and Onemig are all out now, as she said that the former actor taught her how to love again.
Aiko posted on her Instagram account a photo of herself in the recording studio and having just finished recording the song she wrote.
“Another milestone unlocked! (emojis musical notes), I just finished recording my newest song this afternoon which I wrote too and my heart is so full. This project is truly special to me not just because of the music, but because of the incredible people who helped bring it to life,” she wrore in the caption of her post.
She also shared that “musical arrangement was beautifully crafted by none other than Sir @marvinq of Neo Colors.” She also praised the musician’s talent in creating this song.
Aiko also thanked her vocal coach for guiding her every step of the way and help her give her best during the recording session.
“This is just the beginning… because we’re taking it even further! We’re set to shoot the official music video soon, to be directed by @tomnava and I honestly can’t wait for all of you to see and feel what we’ve created,” she shared.
Aiko Melendez also expressed that she was excited and nervous at the same time. However, she is also grateful for this. Then, the actress-politician enthused, “Malapit na… and I hope this song finds a place in your hearts.”
