Gasoline Stolen from Parked Tricycle in Roxas, IsabelaĀ 

Gasoline from a newly full-tanked tricycle was stolen by unidentified individuals in Roxas, Isabela while it was parked. 

A tricycle owner in Roxas, Isabela was left frustrated after discovering that the gasoline from his vehicle had been stolen while it was parked along the roadside. 

On the early hours of March 19, 2026, Based on CCTV footage taken in Barangay Lanting, three men were seen in the area around the time of the incident.

In one video, two men were spotted pushing a motorcycle along the road, while another man was seen walking nearby. Their actions later raised suspicion among local residents. 

According to the barangay’s initial investigation, the three individuals were believed to have taken gasoline from a parked tricycle. The vehicle belonged to Philord Rubis, who had just recently filled up his tank. The stolen fuel was estimated to be worth more than P400. 

Another CCTV clip showed the suspects leaving the area, this time riding the same motorcycle. It suggested that the group had worked together and planned their actions carefully before escaping.

The owner shared that he had filled his tricycle with gasoline for daily use, especially for transporting his child. Losing the fuel not only caused inconvenience but also added unexpected expense to his daily routine. 

Despite the incident, the victim decided not to file a formal complaint with the police. Instead, he chose to share the CCTV footage online to warn others about this kind of activity. He hopes that by doing so, more people will become cautious and take extra steps to secure their vehicles.Ā
