Kyle Echarri talked about his recent teleserye
Kapamilya actor Kyle Echarri admitted that the action-drama TV series Roja pushed his limits.
Kyle is one of the most in-demand young actors of the Kapamilya network nowadays. However, he rose to fame by joining a singing contest, and not initially because of acting.
He was one of the contestants of the second season of the talent competition show The Voice Kids in 2015. From that, ABS-CBN had given him opportunities in acting, while still doing some stints in music.

His most recent teleserye project is Roja, in which he portrayed the character of Olsen Bonifacio, a headstrong and determined security guard at the ill-fated La Playa Roja island resort.
Through the action-drama series, his potential to be the next action star in the Philippine entertainment industry was solidified. In a recent interview, based on the article in ABS-CBN Entertainment, Kyle Echarri shared that the series challenged him.
“It pushed my limits. It pushed what I believe kaya kong gawin to come true. I feel very fulfilled. Yun na siguro yung pinaka word na magagamit ko, fulfilled,” he said.
He said that it was because of the tiresome things they did in the series, like the action scenes were never-ending. Aside from the physical challenges, Kyle also shared that he had to deal with the rise and fall of his emotions.
“It was a rollercoaster for Olsen, pero all in all, fulfilling,” the Kapamilya actor shared.

Now that the series is in its final week and they finished filming in January, Kyle said that he will truly miss the cast and the whole production of Roja. They were able to bond since they had a lock-in taping.
“I think everyone was able to build a bond, especially when you’re locked in on an island talaga all together for how many months. Buong buhay namin yun,” the actor said.
Kyle Echarri also shared his unforgettable bonding moments with the cast. He said that they really enjoyed their rest day in La Playa Roja (island). They did a lot of activities at that time, like volleyball.
