Delivery Rider Disheartened After Customer Cancels Table Order Without Cooperating
A delivery rider expressed his frustration after a customer reportedly canceled an order for a table and did not cooperate with him.
Recently, Dela Cruz Vlog LJ, a Facebook user, shared the experience of a delivery rider who felt disheartened after the customer canceled the order. The post quickly went viral and received various reactions from the online community.
According to the post, the order was not a small item but a table, which is bulky and heavy. The rider explained that delivering large items is not easy. From the moment a customer places an order, the seller prepares and packs the item carefully.

It is then sent to different hubs, sorted in warehouses, loaded onto trucks, and finally assigned to a rider for delivery. Each step takes time, effort, and money.
The rider tried reaching out to the customer several times to confirm the cancellation. He called and sent messages, hoping the customer would at least answer and coordinate properly.
However, the customer did not respond to his calls, even though there were signs that messages were being seen. It left the rider feeling helpless and upset.

The rider shared that under company rules, riders are required to attempt delivery for up to three days before the item can be returned to the seller. They must provide proof such as text messages, call logs, and photos with timestamps.
It means he would have to carry the bulky table around for days before it could officially be tagged as return to sender.
The rider expressed that it would have been easier if the items were small, but handling a large table made the situation more stressful.
