Delivery Rider Expresses Dismay After Customer Threatens to Cancel ParcelĀ Out of Anger
A delivery rider became frustrated with a customer who allegedly threatened to cancel the parcel out of anger.
Recently, Arven Dultra Pandes, a Facebook user, shared his experience with a customer who had no payment and threatened to cancel the parcel if annoyed. The post quickly went viral and received reactions from online users.
According to Pandes, the customer became upset and even warned that the parcel would be canceled if things did not go their way.

In his message, Arven explained that courier riders are only doing their job. They pick up parcels, deliver them, and make sure orders reach customers safely. He said it is unfair when riders are dragged into personal problems or treated badly because of issues that are not their fault.
Arven also shared that when customers cancel orders at the last minute, it affects the riderās performance record. Many delivery companies monitor the success rate of deliveries. If there are too many returned or canceled parcels, it can lower a riderās performance score. The score often affects their weekly incentives, which riders work hard to earn.
Arven reminded customers that placing an order also comes with responsibility. If someone orders multiple items, he said they should also be ready to pay for them when the parcel arrives. Riders spend time and effort delivering each package, and sudden cancellations can mean wasted trips and added stress.
