Echo Caringal made a revelation about an Eat Bulaga host
Singer-comedian Echo Caringal has revealed that he had a one-night stand with a well-known host of the longest-running noontime show, Eat Bulaga.
Echo became the grand champion in the “BakClash” segment of EB years ago. After that, he became a co-host until before the pandemic happened. With
Just recently, he guested on the podcast “Think Talk Tea” by Kring Kim, who is also known as Madam Kring. During the interview, Echo shared his story, from childhood until he entered the world of stand-up comedy.
He is currently working at Vice Comedy Club, the comedy bar owned by Unkabogable Star Vice Ganda.
The singer-comedian also shared his experiences working in Eat Bulaga and with his co-hosts. Echo said that he had fun working with the Dabarkads and that he had no ill experience with the host. However, he had negative experiences with the staff.
Echo also had some spicy revelations about his relationship and love life. Madam Kring asked him if he had “nakachurva” in the industry.
“One night stand. Hindi naman sa pagmamaganda,” the singer-comedian said. Then, the podcast host asked what happened to them.
“Eh, ‘di pinaligaya namin ang isa’t isa,” he revealed. Echo shared that the guy invited him to spend time at their house. They got drunk and had their “Netflix and chill.”
“Sa sobrang chill tumayo lahat ng dapat tumayo,” he said. Then, Echo said that they just woke up hugging each other, had their breakfast in bed, and went to work together.
With this, Madam Kring asked if they were co-workers. Echo mentioned that the guy was one of the main hosts of Eat Bulaga. The podcast host said that she did not want to ask who the guy.
Echo jokingly said, “Allan K, chariz!” but he said, “Hindi no! Boss ko ‘yon.” He worked in Allan’s comedy bars before.
“Hulaan na lang nila kasi mahirap naman talagang mag-ispluk ka, eh. Ayaw naman nating i-out ang mga tao, ‘di ba?” Madam Kring said, and Echo added, “Basta masarap.”
