Alleged Former Bully Shot Dead by Ex-Cellmate at Narrow Alley in Tondo, Manila
An alleged former bully was shot dead by his ex-cellmate at a narrow alley in Barangay 38, Tondo, Manila.
On Monday, December 1, 2025, a 36-year-old man died after being shot in a narrow alley. The quiet early morning was disrupted when barangay officials on patrol heard several gunshots and rushed toward the source. They found the victim lying on the ground, barely moving.
He was quickly brought to the hospital after sustaining a gunshot wound to the chest, but doctors later declared him dead.

According to a barangay officer, a nearby vendor shared that the victim had just parked his motorcycle and was on his way to visit the suspect’s home. Before he could even reach the door, the suspect reportedly came out and shot him.
The victim tried to run back toward his motorcycle but collapsed before he could escape. The gunman fled the scene right after the shooting.
Police are looking into claims that bullying may have been the motive. The suspect’s wife told barangay officials that the victim had been bullying her husband for some time, and the tension may have finally pushed him to his limit.
Investigators also discovered that the victim had a troubled past. He was reportedly wanted for previous shooting incidents and had been hiding from authorities, frequently moving from one place to another.
Officers even noted that the man they once searched for in connection with an earlier case had now become the victim in this latest incident.
The victim’s mother confirmed that her son had been avoiding arrest and staying in different homes. She expressed deep disappointment, saying she never imagined the suspect would do this to her son, especially since the two were once friends and even former cellmates.
“Kuwento naman nung asawa ng suspek… ‘yung [nabaril], binubully ang asawa niya… Dun yata na pikon na yata,” Barangay 38 kagawad said.
Police are continuing their investigation as they work to track down and arrest the suspect, who remains at large.
