PAGASA Releases Latest Weather Update for Monday (November 10, 2025)
PAGASA LATEST UPDATE – The weather agency announced that Typhoon Uwan has weakened as it exited the Luzon landmass.
On Monday (November 10, 2025), the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration reported the latest weather update. Typhoon Uwan weakened after hitting the mountain ranges of Luzon, including the Sierra Madre.
Pagasa weather specialist Obet Badrina reported that Typhoon Uwan has maximum sustained winds of 150 kilometers per hour and gustiness of up to 230 kph, moving west northwestward at 25 kph.

Uwan is only directly affecting most parts of Luzon, but heavy rainfall and severe winds are still expected in areas outside the mentioned areas. It will continue moving west northwestward in the next 12 hours.
“Afterwards, while moving northwestward to northward over the West Philippine Sea, Uwan is forecast to re-intensify between tomorrow and Wednesday, November 12,” PAGASA said.
