Former Parañaque Vice Mayor Anjo Yllana Throws Allegations vs. Pres. Bongbong Marcos

ANJO YLLANA – The actor and former vice mayor of Parañaque threw criticisms against President Bongbong Marcos.

Recently, former Eat Bulaga host Anjo sparked headlines after he threw accusations against Senate Pres. Tito Sotto through a livestream video. Sotto is one of the mainstay hosts and the big bosses of the noontime variety show that aired for decades.

In his livestream video, Anjo Yllana challenged Senate Pres. Tito Sotto to show an evidence if he has really donated his salary as a senator to his scholars. It was the campaign promise of the Senate Chief and his office has also previously spoken about it.

According to Yllana, he would allegedly expose the supposed “mistress” of the Senator if he will not take his challenge. The former Eat Bulaga host claimed that the alleged illicit affair of the Senate President with another woman supposedly started in 2013.

“Gusto mo sabihin ko na kung sino ‘yung kabit mo mula 2013 na pinalakad mo sa akin? Sabihin mo lang, Tito Sen, at iba-box reveal ko na,” Anjo said.

When asked about his reaction, Senate Pres. Tito Sotto claimed that he will not respond to Anjo Yllana. According to him, the actor is allegedly just trying to get public attention. He stressed that he wants to raise the level of the Senate president.

“Hindi ko na papatulan. Huwag niyong pansinin at nagpapapansin ‘yan. Pati ba naman showbiz at paninira papatulan natin? Itaas natin ang level ng Senate pres,” Sotto said.

Aside from Senate Pres. Tito Sotto, actor and former Parañaque Vice Mayor Anjo Yllana also threw criticisms against Pres. Bongbong Marcos. Based on a post of DZRH News on social media, Yllana challenged the Chief Executive to undergo a hair follicle drug test.

“Panay ang ngiwi po ng bibig niyo, Mr. President. Kumbinsido ang taumbayan na kayo ay gumagamit. Baka naman Mr. President na kayo ay magpa-follicle drug test,” the actor-turned-politician said based on the post.

Amid the countless calls for Pres. Bongbong Marcos to undergo a drug test, the Chief Executive remains mum on the matter. Even acting Davao Mayor Baste Duterte previously told then-Philippine National Police Chief General Nicolas Torre III to ask Marcos Jr. to mandate the drug test among all government officials so he would take the charity boxing match.

With regards to the campaign promise of the senator, Senate Pres. Tito Sotto previously claimed that he will give more than P471k of his salaries to the scholars.
