Group of Dancers Shocked After Dog “Steals” Their Colleague’s Phone While Recording Dance Performance
MYSTERIOUS THIEF – A group of dancers were shocked after a dog reported stole their colleague’s phone in Cebu.
“N’ovellus.official09,” a TikTok user, shared a video of a group happily recording their dance performance when a few dogs wandered into the frame. Everything seemed normal until one of the dogs grabbed their cellphone and ran off with it, while the dancers continued performing, completely unaware of the incident.
They later shared that it was supposed to be their last take before heading home. They thought the phone was still recording, not realizing that their furry audience had already taken it. When they finally noticed the phone was gone, everyone quickly scattered to look for it.
“Last take na sana namin ‘to kasi uuwi na kami, akala namin naka-record pa rin. Wala rin isa sa amin ang nakapansin na kinuha na pala yung cellphone HAHAHA continue pa rin kami sa pagsayaw,” the uploader wrote.
Fortunately, they found it nearby, almost falling into a drainage area. The dancers also shared that they first got suspicious when another dog carried off their phone stand in a different direction.
“After namin malaman nawala yung phone naghiwalay-hiwalay kami lahat para mahanap yung phone buti na lang nasa malapit lang pero mutik na rin mapasok sa imburnal HUHUHUHUHUHAHAHAHA,” the group said.

When they checked the recording and saw the funny moment caught on camera, the dog casually taking the phone during their performance.
Luckily, the phone wasn’t damaged, though its owner almost cried thinking someone had stolen it. The group couldn’t help but laugh in relief after realizing what really happened.
“Ok lang yung phone ng kasama namin everyone. Di naman nasira oh ano HAHAHAHAAH muntik na umiyak yung may-ari ng phone akala niya may nagnakaw,” she added.
