Bus Driver and Passenger Get Into Fistfight After Heated Argument
A bus driver and a passenger had an intense physical fight at a bus terminal in Panabo City, Davao del Norte after having a heated argument.

On Thursday (July 17, 2025), tension filled a bus terminal after a heated argument between a bus driver and a passenger turned into a physical fight. The altercation quickly spread across social media.
In the video, the passenger can be seen pinning the driver down and throwing multiple punches. Several men rushed in to break up the fight, but not before the driver managed to retaliate with a punch of his own.
According to the police investigation, the fight began when the passenger tried to bring his bicycle onto the bus. The driver reportedly refused, explaining that the bus was already full and couldn’t accommodate the bike. The simple disagreement soon escalated into a fist fight
Witnesses said the argument intensified when neither party backed down. The incident quickly got out of hand, with both exchanging blows right in the middle of the terminal. After the brawl, both the driver and the passenger were restrained and separated.
Authorities from the Davao del Norte Police Provincial Office confirmed that both men are now considering filing physical injury complaints against each other.
While no one was seriously hurt, the incident left many passengers shaken and disrupted operations at the terminal. It also raises discussion about how to handle disputes in public spaces and how tensions can easily flare up in cramped, high-stress environments.
