Thief Given an Intense Full Body Workout for Stealing Items From Gym
A male thief in Bangladesh was given an unusual punishment of an intense full body workout instead of jail time.
Recently, a suspected thief was punished with an intense gym workout rather than being sent to jail. The incident immediately spread like wildfire on social media and garnered various reactions from the online community.
The man was caught stealing from the Kutupalong Power Gym in Cox’s Bazar. According to the gym’s owner, the suspect took an inverter, some batteries, and electrical wires. The theft was discovered through CCTV footage, but the man managed to escape by jumping out of a third-story window.

Two weeks after the incident, the gym’s members spotted the man at a nearby store. Instead of calling the police, they decided to bring him back to the gym for a different kind of justice.
Once inside, the suspect was put through an exhausting physical punishment. He was forced to lift weights, do push-ups, and perform countless squats without any rest. Even as he begged to stop, he was made to continue the workout, dripping in sweat and struggling to keep up.
The punishment stirred mixed reactions online. Some people found it creative and even humorous, saying it was a fitting way to teach a lesson. Others argued that it was cruel and questioned whether it was right to take justice into their own hands.

The incident sparked a larger conversation about alternative punishments and how communities respond to crime. While it may not be a common form of justice, it certainly left an impression not just on the thief.
