In a post, Sue Ramirez shares this.

Actress Sue Ramirez shares how she was able to let go of these bad and unhealthy habits that inspired her followers.

Bad habits are patterns or behaviors that are harmful, unproductive, and counter to personal goals and well-being. They can be physical, mental, emotional, or social, and difficult to break.

There are several forms of bad habits, and there are also several when it comes to breaking them. These ways include being aware, starting to replace them with good ones, starting small, using reminders, rewarding progress, and seeking support.

Recently, in a social media post, actress Sue Ramirez shared how she made it in terms of letting go of some of her bad habits. Since June, she has been working on her goals for herself. She has been, so far, consistent, and all she did was decide and stand firm on it.

It took just one for her to turn her life around. One switch to start the change she wanted for herself, and once this is done, the things one desires become possible.

“Now, I have stopped drinking coffee and soft drinks and I also stopped vaping. Mga habits na akala ko hindi ko matatanggal sa sistema ko. Now I feel so much better without them,” she wrote.

She quit vaping and stopped drinking coffee and soft drinks. The things she thought would never go out of her system. These are the things that have become a part of her life; she successfully let go, and now, she is feeling better.

Meanwhile, Sue, as an actress, joined Star Magic at age 14 in 2010. She debuted on TV with Shoutout! (2010) and had her first major role in the Mula sa Puso remake (2011).
