In a post, rising actress Ara Davao, daughter of the veteran actor, bade her goodbye to her father. She shared a photo of her holding her father’s ashes, and in the caption, she expressed that it’s still difficult to believe that he was gone, and the days that would feel empty without him will be filled with relief in knowing that he is now free from pain and suffering.
She is still grieving, but would do as her father wished her to, which was to live and enjoy life. She ended her post, “It’s been a week since you left us.. and a lifetime still to go. I’ll miss you everyday. Rest well and watch over me. Love you, Pa.”
