Based on a post on ABS-CBN News, Sen. Imee Marcos also expressed her desire to visit former Pres. Rodrigo Roa Duterte in The Hague. According to her, she wants to personally give him his P10,000 check as he is already qualified under the Expanded Centenarian Act.

Happy Birthday! Imee Marcos said based on the post.

Sen. Imee Marcos led a Senate investigation on the arrest of former Pres. Rodrigo Roa Duterte. In her view, there is seemingly no due process in the arrest of the former President. She also left the Alyansa Para Sa Pagbabago saying that the recent actions of the government do not match the ideals and principles she believes in.

Sen. Marcos also seemingly took swipe at her brother, Pres. Bongbong Marcos. The Chief Executive did not mention his sister’s name at the Alyansa campaign rally in the huge province of Cavite which she skipped for the probe of Duterte’s arrest.
