The shear line will bring cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms over Visayas, Albay, Sorsogon, Catanduanes, Masbate, and Dinagat Islands.

The northeast monsoon will bring similar weather conditions over Cagayan Valley, Apayao, Aurora, Quezon, and the rest of Bicol Region.

Amihan will also bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains over Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon.

The easterlies will bring similar weather over the rest of the country.

The weather agency has advised the residents in the affected areas to take precautionary measures for possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains and severe thunderstorms.

Meanwhile, the coastal water condition over the eastern sections of Southern Luzon and Visayas will be rough. The remaining parts of Luzon will have moderate to rough waters. The rest of the country will have slight to moderate surrounding sea conditions, according to PAGASA.
