Kim Chiu shared this about her past relationships
Kapamilya actress Kim Chiu shared that she did not experience ghosting from her ex-boyfriends.
Kim’s love life is quite an open book. It is known to many showbiz fans that Kim’s first boyfriend was actor Gerald Anderson. They first met each other when they joined the first teen edition of the Kapamilya reality show Pinoy Big Brother.
Kim and Gerald also became each other’s first loveteam partners. They were known together as Kimerald. When the loveteam partnership ended and their relationship was no longer continued, they were linked to others.
After that, Kim was paired with actor Xian Lim, They became the KimXi tandem. Their togetherness led to a romantic relationship that lasted for 11 years.
In a recent interview for her new movie My Love Will Make You Disappear, based on the article in PEP, Kim Chiu said that fortunately, after the breakups that she had, a conversation happened between her and her exes.
“Hindi kasi ako na-ghosting. Nagpaalam naman sila nang maayos!” she said. Then, she jokingly said, “Sabi nila, ‘Kim, alis na kami! Hahaha!” Although she did not mention the names of her ex-boyfriends, many people knew that it was Gerald and Xian.
Despite her past relationships that ended, Kim said that she is not giving up on love. The actress answered a reporter’s remark that she is “very experienced” when it comes to love.
“Grabe naman yung ‘sobrang experienced na,’ ilan lang naman dyowa ko, dalawa lang sila. Wooo! Walang comparison!” she said.
Kim also said that this is something that people feel that cannot be bought. It is not something readily given and it is really being experienced. She added that it is part of people’s lives.
“Pag nagmahal tayo, masaya tayo, pag nagmahal tayo malungkot tayo. Madami binibigay sa ating emotions that make us human,” she said. With this, Kim Chiu stressed that one should not give up on love because the right time will come.
