Baron Geisler was asked about the controversy involving Maris Racal and Anthony Jennings
Actor Baron Geisler shared his thoughts on the issue about his Incognito co-stars Maris Racal and Anthony Jennings.
Baron has his fair share of controversies in the entertainment industry. There was a phase in his life when he became the news headline for the wrong reason. Fortunately, in recent years, the actor was able to turn his back on his past wrongdoings.
With his new perspective on life, he was given more opportunities. Currently, he is part of the Kapamilya primetime action series Incognito.
In a recent interview with The Philippine Star entertainment writer Dolly Anne Carvajal, Baron Geisler was asked about the advice he gave to Maris Racal and Anthony Jennings as they were involved in a controversy.
“Honestly, I wouldn’t call it ‘advice’ but more of support. They’re both mature, intelligent people and they know what they’re doing. What’s important is that they’re surrounded by a team that genuinely cares for them,” the actor said.
Baron also said that they want a happy and healthy working environment. They do not tackle things that happened outside the set and they make sure that they are very professional when they come to work.
“We support each other, no matter what,” he stressed. For him, what matters is that they keep pushing forward, focusing on what they do to give the best output for their viewers.
Baron Geisler was also asked about working with a powerful cast. Aside from Anthony and Maris, the series features big stars such as Richard Gutierrez, Daniel Padilla, Kaila Estrada, and Ian Veneracion.
He shared that on their set, it was always a mix of work and comedy show. Ian would always crack a joke and the whole cast and crew would burst out laughing. However, once their director shouts “action!” they would easily get into their characters.
With this kind of dynamic, Baron said that it is like a workshop for them and not just work because they grow together.
